Kashmir – a paradise on Earth. It’s known for its beautiful Dal lake, mountains and valleys, Chinar trees and shikaras. But most people are unaware that Kashmir is also a paradise for quality berries, spices, saffron, almonds, walnuts and even honey!

Unfortunately, these top quality products from the best sources have, for long, been denied to the rest of India. Merchants and middlemen have hiked up the prices to make Kashmiri dry fruits expensive and inaccessible. And what’s available in the stores, is not often the

I formed Noorali with a vision of sharing a piece of Kashmir with the rest of India. We have a range of spices, nuts, teas, honey, and saffron in their original form and taste. Noorali is a coming together of Noor and Ali, my mother and father and their dreams of taking Kashmir to the world by bringing alive and celebrating the culture of the land, the honesty, hospitality and purity.

I also want to give back to Kashmir at the same time through fair trade. I am working with farmers directly to ensure that they get the correct remuneration for their efforts.
