Instamojo collects leads via 2 methods –
- Payment drop-off – if your customer fails to make a payment till the last stage – then in 15 min it gets converted into a lead and is added to your leads manager.
- Live Chat on your online store – With this feature, there will be a chat icon in your online store, where you can interact with your customers.
First, log in to your Instamojo account.
Once you are in your dashboard, head to the app store and subscribe to the leads manager app.
Leads collected shows you the potential customers who are yet to be converted. Here, you can chat with your customers, send them emails and payment links.
You can also add a lead manually by entering customer details yourself.
Leads Converted section: Once a customer makes a payment through their registered email id, they become a converted lead. When the buyer makes a successful payment, they are automatically tagged as a converted lead, eliminating the manual process of marking the conversions.
You can also export a CSV file to use an external platform to send emails to your customers.
Live chat on the online store:
It’s here! A few days ago, we rolled out a brand new feature to help you collect more leads! The live chat feature on your online store allows your visitors to initiate a chat with you.
Once they enter a name and email and start chat, you will receive a notification in your leads manager.
