What’s a Chatbot?
A chatbot or “chatter bot” is a computer/software robot that uses a set of rules or Artificial Intelligence to communicate and execute tasks on your website, app or social media account. Communication is very important part of our business, without communication we can’t imagine about growth of firm.
Nice blog, keep it up.
What about Telegram? 🙂
In my experience, the chat box works best for the business who are into the product selling industry. In the product selling company there many questions that your customers ask repeatedly. The most common questions and their answers can be handover to the chat box.
The current technology in the chat box is good in predicting the common text that used by users. If the users are asking the same question that others have asked before then you can tell chatbox to presence pre-drafted message that has answered to the query. It is very convenient way to use chat box. Your users get the information they are looking for.
We have the chat box on our website as well as we use facebook chat box to answer the common query automatically.
Although the chat box technology is quite new so there are many flows that we have noticed but at its early stage, it is doing great.
Thank you
